In our today’s LIT Club breakfast, we explored the art of leadership through the lens of orchestral mastery. Sergey Smbatyan, Artistic Director & Principal Conductor of the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, shared how managing an orchestra parallels leading high-performing teams in tech - aligning talent, fostering collaboration, and navigating high-pressure moments with precision.

We just hosted the first private breakfast of 2025. This time, we had the honor of welcoming Brent Anders - former US military serviceman and current professor of professional communication at AUA.

He shared how the US military’s management approaches can translate into daily leadership, covering everything from leaders’ development inside the teams to performance management and a mission-driven approach. It was an eye-opening session that left everyone excited to put these insights into action!

We hosted another private breakfast gathering with Natalya Suvorova, Senior Director of HR at Align Technology, as our special guest. Natalya shared insights on building technical careers, supporting senior talent, integrating juniors, and understanding career growth.
