Shoqata ‘Integrim dhe Zhvillim Europian’ u themelua me date 10/10/2013. Organizata u hap me qellim qe te ndihmoje dhe promovoje duke bashkepunuar me ente dhe institucione te ndryshme publike apo private, vendase apo te huaja, individuale, etj, ne drejtim te integrimit social te shtresave ne nevoje, reduktimit te varferise, duke stimuluar pjesemarrjen e ketyre shtresave ne veprimtari, grupime, etj.
Ofrimi i metodave te reja per zhvillimin e kapaciteteve personale dhe profesionale qe te rinjte kane, nepermjet mesimit formal dhe informal eshte nje teme kyce qe trajtohet nga organizata. Nje tjeter qellim i organizates eshte sjellja e metodologjive, per te mundesuar si zhvillimin personal si dhe ate ne ekip, duke sherbyer si partner, qender trajnimi dhe kualifikimi, qender ekspertesh, qender per menaxhimin e projekteve qe synojne ndryshime te perkohshme, si dhe qender keshillimi per politika te ndryshme zhvillimi te shoqerise dhe organizatave publike dhe private. Fusha e veprimtarise se shoqates ka te beje me hartimi dhe zbatimin e projekteve si dhe ne drejtimin e studimeve dhe puneve kerkimore ne nivel kombetar dhe me gjere.
‘European Integration and Development’ organization was established in 10/10/2013. The organization was opened with the very main focus to help and promote, through co-working with public intitutions(national and international), groups of individuals, ect., toward the social integration of the poor and disintegrated layers of the society, reduction of the poverty, through stimulating their participation in everyday activities. As well as we want to raise the awareness through youths to help them develope their capacities through formal and informal learning. Another aim of the organization is bringing methodologies to enable personal and team development, serving as a partner, training and qualification center, expert center, a center for the management of projects which aim to temporary changes, and counseling center for different development policies of the society and public and private organizations.
