Built on a steep 30-degree slope, the home utilizes heavy-duty concrete piers and a steel I-beam substructure. This elevated design protects against moisture and avoids massive retaining walls. To support the massive floor-to-ceiling glass, original corrugated walls are reinforced with custom steel frames. 🪟

Phase 2: The Architectural "Secondary Skin"
A heavy timber shed roof sits above the containers, acting as a secondary skin that pulls heat away from the home. 🪵 The space between the two 40ft units is enclosed with high-performance glazing, creating a central "Grand Room" that doubles the living space.

Phase 3: Premium Warm Interiors
