The Final Interview on TikTok – A Reflection on Influence and Public Responsibility

In the latest interview conducted on Top Radio, we addressed a highly relevant topic: the impact of the TikTok platform and the international debate surrounding its regulation or potential ban in several countries.

In Albania, a strong promotional campaign was observed across media outlets and other communication platforms in support of TikTok. This campaign created a one-sided narrative among the public, downplaying or ignoring legitimate concerns raised by experts in technology, security, and social psychology. In many cases, airtime was given to individuals with direct or indirect ties to the platform, while the voices of unbiased professionals were left out.

It is essential in such situations to listen only to qualified experts in the relevant field, people who are not politically influenced, are not fans or influencers on TikTok, do not use the platform for personal gain, and have no financial interest in whether the platform continues or is shut down. Only through objective and independent expertise can the public be properly informed.

When an expert is invited to a media studio, they have the responsibility to speak with professionalism, relying on verifiable facts rather than personal opinions or hidden agendas. This demonstrates respect not only toward the media platform that invited them, but most importantly, toward the audience that is listening.

In a time when information spreads rapidly and its impact is immediate, it is crucial that citizens be cautious about who they allow to influence their opinions. Listen, analyze, do your own research, and only then form your beliefs. Support for any cause should come from thorough understanding, not emotional reaction or propaganda.

This project was a heartfelt donation from our staff in support
of the tragic loss of 14-year-old Martin Cani, who was killed by
another student in front of Fan Noli School.

We partnered with our close friends from the United States,
particularly Urban Advertising New York, to assist the family
in creating an online memorial.

Our team managed the
YouTube channel where Albanian singer and celebrity
Luiz Ejlli dedicated a song to the cause, a tribute that
garnered millions of views.

Additionally, we actively participated in protests and
helped represent the family on various TV channels
to raise awareness and advocate for justice for
Martin Cani.
