I’m celebrating my mother Donna Banks (yeah that’s my actual mother 😂) on her recognition as a Pioneer this past weekend. Well earned and deserved.

Everything she has earned and achieved is through God’s grace and the sweat and tears of her efforts. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🌺🌺

The link between Anguilla 🇦🇮 and Jamaica 🇯🇲 goes way back. Many of our students get their college education in Jamaica, many Jamaicans over the years have come to Anguilla and become part of our community and fabric.

Just this year during Moonsplash several creatives and artists from Jamaica who have become part of our Moonsplash and Anguilla family supported of mission of community empowerment through school visits and a prison visit and for us and for the students and residents of HMP we’re blessed.

We know first hand the process of rebuilding after a Hurricane and we know that our friends in Jamaica will not only rise but rise stronger.

Happy 16th to our son - it’s a blessing to watch him grow and wonder what he’ll become.

It’s a blessings to share with him on his 16th the song that my father wrote for me on my 16th.

The seasons do change.

Thank you so much to DJ Code Red and Family. It was so great to connect in person with these wonderful souls that I’ve been connected with online for 5 years.

The performances were amazing from the comedians to Luna’s Jazz Band to Code’s turn on the wheels of steel. A real treat to experience Designer (Ra-Ti Ray) in-person. Blessings
