IT in Anguilla.

I come from a background of doers. My dad was and still is the best handyman I know—electrical, carpentry, masonry—you name it, he could fix it. My mom was and still is the best customer service financial banker I’ve ever seen. Since the 90s, she’s been at the top of her game across Barclays, Scotiabank, Caribbean Commercial Bank, and the National Commercial Bank of Anguilla.

I learned by watching them. Work ethic, excellence, and care for people were the lessons taught in our home—not through lectures, but through daily life. So when I fell in love with technology, I knew I didn’t just want a job—I wanted to do it well, and I wanted to make a difference.

Combining my parents’ practical skills and heart for service with my passion for IT is what shaped who I am today.

Small island. Small business. Big impact.

Where I live, we have a debatable population of 15,000—we can barely fill one NFL or NBA stadium. This is the foundation of what it’s like to build a business in Anguilla. The economy is tight-knit, and small businesses are the heartbeat of the island.

Since launching my business alphaTECH, I’ve worked with the full spectrum—from a single-PC mom-and-pop shop to server rooms filled with racks of enterprise-grade equipment. Retailers, supermarkets, insurance firms, hotels, telecommunications, and banks—they all have one thing in common: they need great IT service.

Not just someone to fix what's broken, but someone who plans ahead, protects their environment, and empowers them with efficient, secure systems.

That’s where I come in.

Yes, there are challenges in Anguilla. Limited access, high costs, and infrastructure limitations are real. But those things don’t hold us back—they push us to be more creative, more adaptable, and even more dedicated.
