Today, April 30, 2025, FCDO held one-day training regarding reporting , GBV, PSEA mechanism which was attended by WFP representatives, TPM, FCDO internal and provincial staff.

At the beginning of the training, FCDO program manager Eng Awal Khan "Ahmadzai" said: Employees should learn new things very carefully and implement them in their assigned positions, and each employee should use these trainings accurately to avoid problems in the field in which they are involved.

Later, FCDO advisor and proposal writer Rahman wali “pakteen” talk about gender policy.

The training was presented by Sajid "Jobair" responsible for the procurement department and Lida "Nayab" and gave comprehensive technical information regarding the mentioned sections.
In addition Sajid Jobir said: Based on the principle of the WFP, we need to understand and consider the principles to provide better service to the most vulnerable beneficiaries and create a better working environment for the employees.

Additionally, at the end of the training, each participant individually shared their opinions, queries regarding the training and promised that we would be ready to proceed the project based on the principle of FCDO organization in a reasonable and transparent manner.

Today, April 23, 2025, General director of FCDO Eng Khalil Rahman “Asad”, Program manager of FCDO Eng Awal Khan “Ahmadzai” and Advisor-Proposal Writer of FCDO Rahman wali “Pakteen”have visited today's distribution process that was going on in the district 19 of Kabul province.

Cash assistance is being distributed to vulnerable families in the district 19 of Kabul province. In this distribution, a total of 1236 vulnerable households including ( 950 men and 286 women) and 90 returnees have received 2900 AFN. Additionally, 1564 Children have received malnutrition food to prevent malnutrition, and 723 breastfeeding and pregnant women have received nutrition foods.

This distribution that was going on in the district 19 which was attended by Returnees Directorate representatives, district 19 representatives and TPM.
As result, the cash assistance distributed to vulnerable families for over of six months in the district 19 of Kabul province.

Today, April 22, 2025, WFP monitoring and evaluation section representative Shir Ali “Sakhawat”, Quality assurance field officer Mohammad Fahim “ Stanikzai” and program manager of FCDO Eng Awal Khan “Ahmadzai”have visited today's distribution process that was going on in the district 18 of Kabul province.

Cash assistance is being distributed to vulnerable families in the district 18 of Kabul province. In this distribution, a total of 598 vulnerable households including ( 451 men and 147 women) and 36 returnees have received 2900 AFN. Additionally, 776 Children have received malnutrition food to prevent malnutrition, and 718 breastfeeding and pregnant women have received nutrition foods.

This distribution that was going on in the district 18 which was attended by Returnees Directorate representatives, district 18 representatives and TPM.

In this distribution, a total of 2856 vulnerable households including ( 2093 men and 763 women) and 439 returnees have received 2900 AFN. Additionally, 2455 Children have received malnutrition food to prevent malnutrition, and 1598 breastfeeding and pregnant women have received nutrition foods.

This distribution that was going on in the district 16 which was attended by Returnees Directorate representatives, district 16 representatives and Mohammad Hamid Ghorzang TPM.

In this distribution, a total of 1175 vulnerable households including ( 731 men and 443 women) and 252 returnees have received 2900 AFN. Additionally, 1280 Children have received malnutrition food to prevent malnutrition, and 519 breastfeeding and pregnant women have received nutrition foods.

𝐖𝐅𝐏 assistance packages and cash distribution with the technical cooperation of the Friends Community Development Organization.

Cash assistance is being distributed to vulnerable families in the 14,16,18 and 19 districts of Kabul province. In this distribution vulnerable households have received 2900 AFN.
Additionally assistance packages and cash are being distributed to vulnerable families in the Mezana, Shah Joy, Trank Juldak and Qalat districts of Zabul province. In this distribution vulnerable households have received packages containing essential food items such as 50 kg of flour, 4.72 kg of cooking oil, 6.25 kg of yellow split peas, and half a kilogram of salt.

Based on the principle of WFP and FCDO organization there is a complete transparency in the process of registration and identification of most vulnerable and deserving households, the major ration was given to disabled people who cannot work to feed their families. Moreover Conducted survey, which was performed in partnership with WFP, is another in a series of indicators that show that humanity and solidarity are the basic principles on which social justice is based, and that no individual or family, should be left behind.

As a result, beneficiaries expressed their happiness and appreciated the leadership of the respective organization FCDO and asked for continued assistance.

Cash assistance is being distributed to vulnerable families in the district 14 of Kabul province. In this distribution, a total of 1175 vulnerable households including (731 men and 444 women) and 252 returnees have received 2900 AFN. Additionally, 1280 Children have received malnutrition food to prevent malnutrition, and 519 breastfeeding and pregnant women have received nutrition foods.

𝐖𝐅𝐏 assistance packages and cash distribution with the technical cooperation of the Friends Community Development Organization.

Assistance packages and cash were distributed to vulnerable families in the Mezana, Shah Joy, Trank Juldak and Qalat districts of Zabul province, started on March 8 to 15, 2025. In this distribution, a total of 3368 vulnerable households have received 2900 AFN and 2954 vulnerable households have received packages containing essential food items such as 50 kg of flour, 4.72 kg of cooking oil, 6.25 kg of yellow split peas, and half a kilogram of salt. Additionally, 8095 Children have received malnutrition food to prevent malnutrition, and 2046 breastfeeding and pregnant women have received nutrition foods.

This food distribution was attended by the Zabul Rural Rehabilitation and Development Directorate deputy, Mentioned districts representatives, and TPM.

Moreover, FCDO raised awareness of the importance of polio vaccination to protect every child from this devastating disease ‬and gave them comprehensive information about polio.
