Acknowledgement of Donations for Kunar Earthquake Relief!

ARIO is pleased to announce that we have received the necessary funding to initiate our emergency response program for the communities impacted by the recent earthquake in Kunar province.
We extend our deepest appreciation to all the donors who swiftly contributed to this critical cause. Your commitment to humanitarian aid is making a direct and significant impact.
Our implementation phase will commence imminently. The allocated funds will be used for the procurement and distribution of essential items.
We thank you for your trust and support. Together we are providing crucial assistance to those in desperate need.

We are honored to serve as the implementing partner of “Sehat Sisters”, a women’s health project created by the non-profit organization She Works for Peace.💚

Thanks to your support, the project enabled our team of three dedicated doctors to bring advanced medical care and diagnostic tests directly into women’s homes.

With the help of portable ultrasound, ECG machines, heart monitors, and other essential equipment, the team was able to reach and treat 3,670 women in need.

A heartfelt thank you to the donors, and our tireless medical team for their dedication and compassion.

We look forward to the possibility of extending this life-changing initiative soon, In Sha Allah.

Stitching Hope in Kabul: The Unstoppable Wajiha Karimi
Behind the sewing machines at Atrisa Tailoring Shop in Barchi, Kabul, Wajiha Karimi faced a steep climb. Starting with no business background, she battled equipment shortages, scarce customers, and the overwhelming unknowns of entrepreneurship.
Tired? Yes.
Discouraged? Sometimes.
But quitting? Never.
Her smile and determination kept the wheels turning – both on her machine and in her life.
When BUS project team (supporting women entrepreneurs) visited Atrisa, they found not just struggle, but unwavering hope and aspiration. Wajiha shared her challenges openly and made a powerful request: "We want training – management, finance, marketing. We want to become stronger."
We answered her call. Providing practical advice and organizing dedicated training empowered Wajiha and her team with crucial skills. 🌱

Today Atrisa Tailoring is more than fabric and thread. It's a testament to Wajiha's belief, resilience, and newfound business acumen. She stands as a beacon, proving that with grit and the right support, women can carve their own paths forward and inspire a generation.

Shkiba’s Inspiring Story,
From USD 73 to Changing Lives: Shakiba's Afghan women Business Dream! Four years ago, Shakiba started alone in a small Kabul room. She had only 5,000 Afghanis (about $73) and big dreams, but many doubts. Some days, no customers came. Other days, she ran out of supplies. But she never gave up.

Her big change came when * BUS Project (Small Business Support* found her. They taught her key skills: how to market her work, manage a team, and build a strong business. They encouraged her to train local girls and share the workload.
Shakiba listened! She trained 16 young women and turned her business into a team effort.
Now:
✅ She earns a steady income.
✅ She supports 16 other families in her community!
✅ Her custom clothing business has loyal clients and is growing.

When the BUS team visited again, Shakiba smiled and said:
If you hadn't helped me that day, I'd still be alone and struggling. Now I know women CAN build their future—if someone shows them how and stands with them."
