In October 2019, AMR Production undertook a 5-day shoot in Bamiyan province with the objective of producing visual media content for the AKF's Improving Adolescents' Lives in Afghanistan (IALA) program. Alongside a short promotional video about the program, AMR also produced a photoset documenting program activities for use in AKF's print material and online platforms.

Throughout the first quarter of 2020, AMR worked with AGHAEZ Professional Services to update their company website.

Besides the technical work building the various components of the website and developing text, AMR also undertook a number of photo and video shoots in order to add more dynamic content.

In August and September 2020, AMR produced photo and video content for Amin Noor Industries (ANI) as part of a comprehensive media package. AMR production staff visited the Amin Noor Industries battery and vehicle plant in Mazar-i-Sharif to document the process by which ANI assembles its lead acid batteries and commercial vehicles.

Deliverables for the project included an informational video screened at the battery and vehicle product launch in Kabul, one TV commercial each for the battery and vehicle products, informational videos on the battery and vehicle production, and a photo set documenting the activities within the industrial line.

In March 2020, AMR filmed in several districts north of Kabul in order to put together an informational video about the Girls Learning to Teach in Afghanistan (GLTTA) program. The video documents the positive impact of the program in communities where there are very few female teachers available to teach young girls at the primary school level.

Since 2018, AMR has been providing photography and videography services to Global Affairs Canada (GAC), the development agency of the Canadian Government.

AMR media production crews have visited 6 Afghan provinces to produce images documenting various projects made possible through funding by GAC.

Deliverables have included photo sets from 26 different project sites, along with a comprehensive informational video about Canadian development assistance in Afghanistan.

In the summer of 2019, AMR produced an informational video on the Goldozi project. This USAID endeavor, implemented by FHI 360, seeks to promote the sale of high-end clothing items and accessories in the global marketplace.

In two weeks, AMR was able to film and edit the video, just in time for screening at a high-profile fashion show organized by Goldozi in Milan, Italy.

From June to August 2020, AMR provided research, editing, print layout, and photography services to AGHAEZ Professional Services for their work developing four export guidebooks. The project falls under the USAID-funded Afghanistan Competitiveness of Export-Oriented Business Activity (ACEBA) project, implemented by DAI.

Throughout the summer of 2019, AMR monitored advertising on Afghan TV stations for Afghan United Bank, one of the leading banking institutions in Afghanistan.

In April 2020, AMR produced an informational video on the Afghanistan National Trade Policy (ANTP) for the International Trade Centre. The video featured scenes filmed at a number of locations across Afghanistan in order to inform viewers about the purpose of the ANTP in a visually engaging way.

One year ago today, CEO of AMR David Fox returned from Hyderabad, India, after participating in a research trip organized by the Afghanistan Women's Chamber of Commerce and Industries (AWCCI) and funded by UN Women.

The objective of the trip was to gain information on how a women's business association in Hyderabad (ALEAP) had developed one of the world's most successful networks of women's industrial parks.

After coming back to Kabul, David prepared a concept note detailing how similar women's industrial parks could be launched in Afghanistan, which was submitted to the AWCCI.

AMR has been providing photo and video coverage for the Startup Grind Afghanistan event series since April 2016.

The event series is organized by Aghaez Professional Services, with the agenda including a networking session followed by a 'fireside chat' featuring a successful Afghan businessman or woman.
