The Women and children legal research foundation (WCLRF) was established in March, 2003 with the efforts of a group of Afghan women Lawyers. WCLRF is legally registered organization by the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Women Affairs and is a member of Afghan Women Network (AWN)
