After preparing the frame, the next important stage is Warping — the careful arrangement of carpet threads on the loom. This delicate process is usually done by the skilled weavers themselves.

During warping, the loom is marked every ten centimeters according to quality standards to ensure perfect balance, accuracy, and uniformity throughout the weaving process.

This is where tradition, craftsmanship, and precision come together to create authentic handmade carpets.

🧵 Sampling & Yarn Distribution – The Art Behind Every Carpet

Once the yarns are perfectly dyed, the next crucial step begins: sampling.

Each thread is carefully organized according to the carpet design. Colors are precisely weighed based on required percentages and then distributed to skilled weavers. This ensures that every detail of the design is followed with accuracy.

When the carpet is completed, the weight of the yarn used is compared with the final product — a key step to guarantee quality, consistency, and authenticity.

🌞Drying the Yarn

After dyeing, the journey of the yarn is not yet complete.
Drying is a delicate and crucial stage — too much sun can fade the color, too little can prevent it from setting evenly.

Our experienced dyers carefully hang each strand under the open sky, allowing nature to do its work. The warmth of the sun gently brings every shade to life.

Once dried, every yarn is inspected to ensure the tone is rich, balanced, and exactly as intended — preserving the authenticity of true handmade craftsmanship.

Yup Buyeh Maq (Dyeing) is one of the most delicate and essential stages in traditional carpet weaving. In this process, dyeing materials and their exact quantities are carefully prepared according to standard procedures and gently added to the dyeing pot. The water level and temperature are precisely controlled based on professional principles—because even the smallest carelessness can affect the yarn quality or the final color result.

🧵 Our carpet and kilim yarns are dyed using 100% natural, plant-based dyes, completely free from harmful chemicals. The yarns are processed at high temperatures in special thermal boilers, ensuring deep, even, and long-lasting colors that stand the test of time.
