997 Rebuild Progress: Subframe Replacement and Front Tub Repair Complete
We’re showing you the snapped-off subframe and track arm parts from our 997 rebuild. We’ve replaced the damaged subframe, lower arm, and stabilizer links after a forklift collision. Our front tub repair is complete—thanks to the steel body, we didn’t need to cut anything out. The fender, bonnet, and bumper are heading to the paint booth, while the seats and other components are with the upholsterer. We’re also planning to apply side PPF to make the car look pristine again before delivery to our German buyer.

Cayman GT4 Major Body Repair: Structural Quarter Panel Replacement
We’re tackling significant body damage on a Cayman GT4 by cutting away damaged sections and replacing the entire quarter panel and structural components. Using two donor cars, we’re taking an unconventional approach to weld in fresh structural parts rather than simply pulling and repairing the damaged metal, ensuring the car’s integrity is fully restored to manufacturer specifications.
GT3 Project Test Drive - Finally Putting Our Repairs to the Test!
We finally test drive our completed GT3 project to see if all our repairs were accurate. Ahmed takes the car for a spin and we have a blast testing it out. The bumper is installed and everything is in place except the windscreen and PPF. After a successful and fun test drive, we’re ready to register the car, get it on plates, and ensure everything is working properly.
GT3 992 Restoration Complete: From Damaged to Showroom Ready
We’re putting the finishing touches on our GT3 992 restoration project. We repaired the bonnet and front tub, replaced the airbags, installed the headlights, and removed the protective film. After painting all the plastic parts, we reassembled the entire car, reinstalled the interior with new airbags, replaced the windows, and added two brand new rims. We’re just waiting for the correct windscreen to arrive to complete the project. We’re amazed at how quickly we got this damaged car back on its wheels and looking showroom-ready.
Carrera 992 Frame Repair: Strategic Cutting and Welding Without Engine Removal
We take our Carrera 992 base model to the chassis machine for frame repair. After successfully replacing the pyro fuse and getting the car started last time, we now tackle the damaged cross member. Instead of replacing the entire frame (which would require dropping the engine), we strategically cut and remove only the damaged section, planning to weld in a new frame piece at specific welding points. This approach preserves the undamaged main frame and avoids unnecessary engine removal. We’re confident our new welding machine will deliver superior results compared to the factory welds.

POV Your Crew is Porsche Addict…
Repairing the 997: Glass Replacement, Roll Over Bars & Interior Upgrade
We continue working on the 997, discussing the front glass replacement we have coming in a few days from a quality aftermarket supplier. We’ve reset the roll over bars using the spring mechanism, and we’re planning to change the interior color to give the car a vintage look with Pepita and leather. Next time, we’ll visit Marcus from Afro West to select the materials.
Jumpstarting the Carrera: Pyrofuse Replacement Success
We successfully jumpstart the Porsche Carrera base model after replacing the faulty pyrofuse that had detonated. For just $15 and two days of work, we get the car running again. Now we’re moving forward with lifting the car to assess and repair the rear frame damage, while deciding whether we need to remove the engine for the repair work ahead.
Comprehensive Damage Assessment: Rear-End Collision on 911 2024 Model
We conduct a detailed damage assessment on a 2024 model car that came in after a rear-end accident. We identify damage to the rear bumper, spoiler, both intercoolers, brackets, and exhaust system, along with structural issues. We discover a water leak with approximately four to five liters of coolant missing. Despite the rear-end damage, we find the engine, transmission, and front end in excellent condition, with factory seam sealer still intact. We discuss whether to drop the engine for repairs and plan to remove the exhaust and intercoolers to locate the leak source.

Repairing a Damaged 992 Porsche: Rear End Accident Assessment
We discuss the challenges of repairing a rear-end accident on a 992 Porsche, highlighting the expensive components involved like the spoiler, lights, aluminum bumper, and exhaust. We discover that the airbag system deployed due to locked seat belts, and we show how to access the dashboard to replace the pyro fuse, just like in the GT and GT3 models.
New Porsche 911 with Stunning Color Combo - But There’s Structural Damage
I’m excited to show you this beautiful new Porsche 911 with an amazing espresso brown interior featuring white stitching and brown woodwork, paired with a white exterior. However, the car has suffered rear-end damage that includes structural issues affecting the water pump and intercoolers, making repairs costly. Despite the damage, I believe the stunning color combination will attract the right owner.
