Many people were asking about my weight loss journey, so I decided to share it in this video.
I didn’t follow any extreme or complicated diet
I simply used a calorie deficit method based on my BMI (Body Mass Index).
First, I calculated my BMI to understand my ideal weight range and daily calorie needs. Then I started consuming fewer calories than my body burns daily, allowing my body to use stored fat for energy.
I also did daily gym workouts, nothing extreme
Just simple exercises to burn extra calories and stay active.
No shortcuts, no crash diets — just consistency, patience, and discipline.
And this is how I lost 22–24 kg in just 4 months.
Honestly, it’s just like trading — when you stay disciplined, follow your plan, and remain consistent, results eventually come. The same mindset works in fitness and in trading.
