🔧 Better Results From the Turning Inserts You Already Use
Turning inserts can only perform to their full potential in a stable setup. When vibration enters the cut, tool life drops, surface finish suffers, and operators are forced into conservative parameters.
MAQ’s cutter heads and vibration-damped tool holders are designed to work with ISO turning inserts, creating a more stable process with less chatter and more predictable performance.
For certain hard-to-source applications, selected inserts are also available. But the real difference lies in the setup: stable machining from the first cut.
