Our venture at VR Academi encapsulated a remarkable transformation: converting a traditional villa in Jumeirah-Al Wasl into a cutting-edge technology school. Our mission was to overhaul the space into a high-end VR lab tailored for children. Embracing a fusion of simplicity and futurism, we incorporated stainless steel elements and a semi-white glossy wood finish, infusing the environment with a sleek and forward-looking ambiance. Mindful of budget constraints, we streamlined the joinery design, opting for minimalist yet impactful details that upheld the clean, futuristic aesthetic.

Situated along the shore, our captivating beachside chalet seamlessly marries architectural design with the
tranquil coastal environment.

Step inside to discover an open kitchen and floating living room, adorned with warm earthy tones and featuring natural wall niches that evoke a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. As you explore the depths of our design, uncover hidden architectural functions waiting to be revealed.

Nestled within Nassima Tower, boasting expansive vistas overlooking the Museum of the Future, our Modern Aestheticss project embodied elegance and natural beauty in a once-forgotten space. Initially a storage area, the challenge was monumental: transforming this dry space into a sophisticated beauty and aesthetics clinic featuring over 8 sinks and 3 bathrooms. Beyond the visible design, our team meticulously addressed unseen yet crucial elements such as waterproofing, mechanical intricacies, and plumbing, overcoming the inherent challenges presented. The space itself posed a complex puzzle, dominated by 1-meter diameter structural columns irregularly scattered throughout a rectangular layout. Adhering to DHA requirements and operational needs, we expertly partitioned and designed the space, embracing the columns as unique design elements. Our vision was to curate an environment that exuded natural simplicity, offering visitors an immersive, serene experience while seamlessly navigating the spatial intricacies.
