Over the past 9 years, I’ve worked with founders, senior leaders, executives and teams across the UK and UAE, helping them become more confident, credible and engaging communicators.
Whether you’re:
💫 Preparing for an important presentation or conference
💫 Stepping into a leadership role
💫 Speaking on panels or in the media
💫 Leading meetings with greater authority
💫 Building confidence in high-stakes conversations
💫 Looking to strengthen your executive presence
I’d love to support you.
I’m currently taking bookings for a limited number of 1:1 intensives and team workshops while I’m in Dubai.

I know you’ve heard this 1000 times before but honestly it’s something that needs to become a daily practise, not a nice to have if you’re ambitious and want to create positive changes in your life.
Your thoughts influence your decisions ->
influence your actions -> influence the results you get.
For example, if you constantly tell yourself you’re not experienced enough, not ready yet, or that other people are better than you, you’ll probably hold back from opportunities, stay quieter in meetings, avoid putting yourself out there, or delay taking action.
Over time, those small decisions add up.
That’s why confidence isn’t just about feeling good. It affects how you show up, the opportunities you create, and ultimately the direction of your career and life.
I’ve now been coaching professionals, leaders and teams for over 9 years on confidence, communication and executive presence, and I’ve seen first-hand how powerful these mindset shifts can be.
Sometimes the biggest changes don’t start with changing your circumstances. They start with changing the way you think.

Over the past few months, I’ve had the opportunity to deliver Executive Presence training across different teams and cities - and this month, it felt really exciting to bring that work to Manchester🤍
Last week I loved spending time with the Women’s Forum at Add People, where we explored confidence, communication and how to strengthen executive presence at work.
We spoke about topics including:
• Building confidence and visibility at work
• Communicating with greater impact
• Strengthening executive presence through both verbal and non-verbal communication
• Showing up with more confidence in meetings, conversations and leadership settings
One conversation that sparked lots of reflection was around the confidence and authority gap - including some of the differences often seen between men and women when it comes to self-belief, visibility, speaking up, and being perceived as authoritative at work.
Thank you to the team at Add People for the invitation, openness and engagement throughout the session!

Absolutely loved my recent conversation with Ana Merchant on the with podcast in London.
It was a full circle moment to go back in time and discuss and speak about my journey of leaving my stable public health career, starting my coaching and training business in 2017, and moving to the UAE a year later - my second home and a place that’s been incredible for taking an idea and making it happen.
Dubai has a rare mix of visionary thinking, ambitious energy, and a genuinely supportive community, and it shaped both my business and my confidence in ways I didn’t expect🤍
We also talked openly about imposter syndrome, how to give yourself permission to take up space, the confidence gap between men and women and how to build resilience through the challenges you face along the way.
It was an honest and reflective conversation, and I shared some of the habits, mindset shifts and practices that have supported me in building both confidence and a business from the ground up.
If you’d like to listen to the episode I’ve shared the links in my bio 🌟

Such a wonderful IWD event hosted by ,
and thank you for inviting me to be part of the panel discussion on Parity and Progress in the workplace.
We explored what can be done at both an individual and organisational level to better support personal and professional development.
A few of the key themes I spoke about:
💫 The importance of visibility and working smarter, not just harder. Don’t wait until you feel “ready.” Often, growth comes from saying yes to opportunities and backing yourself along the way.
💫 Crafting your personal brand helps you get clear on how you want to be seen in the workplace. It’s worth taking the time to define the reputation you want to build, because fulfillment often comes from working in alignment with who you truly are.
💫 The confidence gap that can exist between men and women. In order to become more visible and take up space, it’s important to first identify the barriers holding you back - whether that’s perfectionism, overthinking or imposter syndrome, and begin working through those limiting beliefs with action.

This was me in back in February 2018 running my first ever public speaking workshop in London 🎤 - a month before I moved to the UAE.
There was a time when I was absolutely terrified of public speaking.
I would feel incredibly nervous.
My hands would shake.
I’d rush through my slides.
And I’d feel SO relieved when it was over😫
What my experience taught me is that public speaking isn’t usually something you choose to do. It’s something your role requires of you.
You get promoted.
You lead a team.
You pitch.
You present.
You speak on panels.
And suddenly, confidence becomes the difference between staying where you are and stepping into bigger rooms.
Since 2017, I’ve consistently coached and trained professionals and business owners on developing their:
• Confidence
• Executive presence
• Communication
• Public speaking skills
It’s been a journey filled with growth, setbacks, rebuilding and resilience - especially growing a business from scratch in a new country.
I didn’t have a roadmap but I was relentless about having self-belief and obsessed with building something that makes a real impact.
Nine years later, I’m still deeply committed to helping people feel powerful, self-assured and clear in their own voice.
If this resonates and you’d like to explore how I can support you or your team, feel free to message me and we can arrange a call.

Had to jump on the trend 😆’ChatGpt please create a caricature of my work based on what you know about me’
What’s the link between having being a confident speaker and having a grounded nervous system?
When your nervous system is regulated, you’re able to:
-Think clearly under pressure
-Stay present with your audience
-Respond rather than react
-Communicate with calm authority
True executive presence comes from self-awareness and emotional regulation - because people don’t just listen to your words, they feel your energy. And if you constantly have 100 tabs open in your mind at all times it makes it much harder to be present and connect with your audience.
When you learn to regulate yourself, you naturally become a more confident, engaging and impactful speaker 💫
