Congratulations to Chef Rury, Pastry Chef at Emirates Flight Catering, who was selected as the best dish photo of the month featured in the Gulf Gourmet magazine April 2026 edition as part of the Arla Pro Chef of the Year 2026 event.
A cook off for this year, will be held at the ICCA School where the top 20 chefs will compete in a 1.5 hour cook off for the Arla Pro Middle East Pastry Mastery Champions Trophy in January 2027.
This event is open to Pastry Chefs working currently in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Lebanon, Kuwait
