Dining High

It's with heavy hearts that we today announce the immediate closure of our beloved Dining High. For the last 3 years we've enjoyed servicing the demanding (and at times whacky) requests from our clients. We've enjoyed the support and comraderie of the crew, FBO's, contractors and suppliers we've been lucky enough to work with on a day to day basis. We've learnt a lot along the way and thank you all for your ongoing support. We are truly grateful!

We are in the final stages of completing the highly anticipated Novikov Plating Guide. Soon, when you order your in-flight catering from Novikov Restaurant, you'll receive an easy to use guide so that you can re-create these culinary masterpieces on-board.
