The design reinterprets scale to suit the human perspective. A slatted facade at the podium level creates rhythm and intimacy at street scale, while the curves rise gracefully into the tower, accentuating its form in a dynamic and distinctive manner.

The articulation of a sloping roof enhances the sense of volume within the interior. By integrating a clerestory window along the roofline, natural light is invited to cascade deep into the home, animating the interiors with an interplay of light. This transforms everyday spaces into points of interest—infusing them with warmth, character, and a resonance.
