When your heart feels heavy:

✨ Remember Allāh never burdens you beyond what you can bear
🕊️ Breathe deeply and whisper SubḥānAllāh
🌿 Step outside and reflect on His creation
🤲 Ask Allāh to replace your fear with sakīnah

Some battles are won by walking away quietly, forgiving sincerely, and refusing to become the person your pain wants you to become.

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The prayer in congregation is twenty seven times superior to the prayer offered by person alone."

(Sahih al-Bukhari 645, Book 10, Hadith 42)

Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم Said : “Look at those who are less fortunate than you and do not look at those who have more than you, for it is more suitable that you do not consider the blessings of ALLAH (upon you) to be less.” (Tirmidhi)

He is Allāh: the Creator, the Inventor, the Shaper. He alone has the Most Beautiful Names. Whatever is in the heavens and the earth constantly glorifies Him. And He is the Almighty, All-Wise.

[Sūrah al-Ḥashr, Verse 22-24]

He is Allah - there is no god worthy of worship except Him: Knower of the seen and unseen.

Quran is a light, a guidance, a remedy and a calming for the heart.

O Allah, grant us control over our temper, protect our tongues, and lower our gaze.

Make us of those who are patient and the modest.
