🇾🇪 Is travel still exciting after every country twice?
The most common question I get. The one I ask myself more than I want to admit.
The honest answer: nothing compares to the first time. No matter how present you are, it’s hard to feel your 100th Middle East trip the way you felt your first. How does a local waterfall impress you after Victoria, Niagara, Angel, Iguazú, and Kaieteur?
So yes, the excitement diminishes. But there are always new trips left, and these 10 are the ones keeping me up at night.
I’ll cross a few off this year. Sanaa stays at the top of the list until it opens. For now, just a dream.
