Everyone thinks making cafe quality food at home is tough. It's not. And it's soo much cheaper.

This is a simple 10 minute salad (dressing included).

Last night's spare roast chicken (done deliberately), base of lettuce and whatever salad veg (and herbs which I forgot 🤦) you have to hand, then a quick shaken fresh confit tomato and paprika dressing which takes two minutes and transforms the dish....

No 3. Restaurant consultancy, if you're starting out or just need some guidance, I am there for you, be it training, product development, I've been there, done that, and can help you out where needed

Now that Grove Road has sadly closed, I have a bit of spare time on my hands, and as we are hitting party season I thought I'd share my catering option with you all!
