Authentic Surf Bites and Brews Single Fin was created through a collaboration with Surf House Dubai and Mad Max Chef because every house needs a kitchen.
Our idea was to create authentic surf food to suit seaside living. We are drawing on signature dishes that can be found deeply embedded at the heart of surf cultures around the World. We believe food should be delicious, wholesome and plentiful. Epic food doesn’t have to be expensive.
