🎓We met during our post grad in 2015, and are married for 7 years and parents to a 2-year old.

👩‍💻👨‍💻As our Bio says, Corporate Jobs & Travel, we strike a balance with our work and travel, and we are strong advocates of "You can Travel Without Quitting you Jobs"

🏖We are beach bums and love to spend our time just relaxing by the beach and we love chasing waterfalls in the rains.

✈️Travelling is something that connects us deeply and we have been travelling to different places since we started dating, first as a couple and now as a family of 3.

Half a decade of

Feels like yesterday we began this page to share our travels and experiences and here we are 5 years later with one additional member and a lot more travels in the future....

| Souq-ing it up in Dubai |

As we went on shopping spree in Old Dubai's local markets, also known as Souq, we stumbled across some of the most vibrant and colorful shops selling intricately decorated lanterns, porcelain sets, spices and not to forget Gold.

A photographer's paradise, every corner is a treasure trove of culture and color! 🛍️✨

The gold souq has to be given a special mention, specifically for those elaborate designs displayed on the mannequins in the shops... (Check the Last Photo)
All we could say is, all that glitters, is definitely gold 😁😁😁

Jokes apart, we highly recommend you visit this part of Dubai, there's' an altogether different vibe in this place. Do you love to visit a place that showcases the spirit of the city/country? Let us know your thoughts.

| Dubai Desert Safari Photo Dump |

While we were not enthralled totally by the Desert Camp experience, the overall Desert Safari was quite refreshing and we are in total love with the shots we got here.

The dunes, the sunset and the camel ride were the highlight of the experience, not to forget getting up close and personal with the majestic falcon, who quite amused our kid.

And while the food at the camp was bad, and I am not mincing the words here, the performances were good, and was the saving grace for our overall rating of the desert safari experience as 7/10

Our recommendation, you can avoid the camp, there is nothing to miss there anyway, you can go for a sunset dune bashing and then do a camel ride and call it a day.

Lost in the mesmerizing beauty of the Dubai desert, li'l one and peregrine falcon share a moment of pure wonder.

The sparkle in the kiddo's eyes as he gazes in awe at the majestic bird perched on my elbow is a moment frozen in time...

As the sun set, casting a warm glow over the landscape, we stood there in silent admiration, a testament to the power of nature to bring us together, to inspire us, and to remind us of the simple joys that make life truly meaningful...

Never have we been in a place that just pops colors from every square inch...

was one amazing experience and we managed to get some good clicks before the sun went too harsh to handle without sunglasses for Shruti... (Check story highlights for what happened with the sunglasses)

All in all, it's a lovely place for a family outing, especially with kids, with all the flowers and decor they are sure to have a gala time there...

Tip: Avoid visiting on weekends as it tends to get crowded, or if you are visiting on the weekend, try and reach early, the park opens at 9 AM.

Exploring the wonders of with our little adventurer!!

From the moment we stepped inside, we were transported to a world teeming with life and wonder.

The vibrant colors, the sounds of exotic birds, and the sight of playful monkeys swinging from tree to tree - it was like stepping into a real-life jungle adventure! 🌍🌴🐒

As we made our way through the biodome, we were amazed by the interactive exhibits that allowed us to learn about the delicate balance of nature and the importance of conservation.

We got to learn so many fascinating facts about the rainforest ecosystem, every moment was a learning opportunity.

It was a perfect blend of fun and education, making it an ideal destination for families looking to create lasting memories together!

Not everyone visiting Dubai makes a pit stop at this amazing attraction that offers views almost the same as that viewed from Burj Khalifa, plus the view of the magnificent Burj Khalifa, coupled with some fun activities and a soulful meal while overlooking the Dubai Mall Fountain.

We loved every minute of our time spent at

The views on offer are just mind-blowing, and it is even more exciting to walk on a glass floor, 56 storeys above the ground.

Take our advice, and give Burj a skip and witness this place instead, you'll definitely have a blast.
