Healthy and Simple Meal โ
1- Homemade Chicken Shawarma
2- White Rice
3- Arabic Salad
This meal is less than 500 Kcal with
45 g protein
32 g Carbs
10 g fats
Recipe of Health and simple homemade Shawarma is :
Cut 500 g of chicken breast and marinate it with 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1.5 teaspoons of ginger powder, half teaspoon of salt, and one teaspoon of olive oil, keep it in fridge for 30 mins then stir fry till its well cooked .

Dietitians & Nutritionist please assist ๐, Can you tell how many total calories on my plate ๐ค
PS: I don't know the ideal answer but I would say around 500 calories

Today my lunch was a very traditional Dish that I barely see people cooking it.....from my wife outstanding cooking skills I would like to intoduce the famous Stuffed cabbage, cooked with passion and served with emotions

Now almost 1 year being inactive here but very active meeting my other half ๐

Healthy and simple meal
Duration: 30 mins
Ingredients
Salmon
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Olive oil
Pomegranate
Preparation
Marinate the salmon with salt Peper thyme and olive oil then put it in preheated oven on 180C for 15 to mins, meanwhile cook the brown rice and add the pomegranate.
For me I will add rocca salad as a side dish.

This week I'm a bet late with my meal prep but late is better Than never ๐

Main course
Brown rice
Shredded carrot
Shredded onion
Shredded garlic
Shredded cooked chicken
Salt
Pepper
1-Stir fry the veggies till you smell the flavor you love, just don't burn it๐
(I would recommend the least stir frying mins to keep the veggies nutritious)
2-Add the already soaked rice, mix it well then add adquet amount of water, reduce the heat and keep it for 20 mins
3- Mix the cooked rice veggies with cooked chicken.

Hello back but this time from Dubai ๐โโ๏ธ๐
Finally settle down in Dubai and start back my meal preparing and cooking ๐
These six meal cost me less than 150 Dhs with all organic food and no hormones added..... Isn't cool ๐
Bake the veggies
Stir fry the Chicken and meat
And boil the beet roots
Soon I will illustrate with more details ๐ค.

My 1st post in 2019 ๐ a vegan meal with international flavors ๐
The power of 3 ingredients 3 spices and 3 sauces
Ingredients:
500g tofu
1 cup of soaked freekeh
1/2 cup of chickpea
Spices
1 tsp 7 spices
1 tsp Parpika
1 tsp Salt
Sauce
1 tbsp Teriyaki
1 tbsp Soya
1 tbsp BBQ
Marinate the tofu with spices and stir fry for 10 mins with non sticky fryer ( no need to add oil as tofu is rich of water) then add the sauces and reduce the heat ๐ฅ keep flipping the tofu to get the golden color (approx another10 mins)
Meanwhile boiled the already soaked freekeh from 20 to 30 mins depends on your freekeh type and add only salt
Boiled the chickpea.......
Mix the 3 ingredients together
