Functionality and User Experience. UX Designers 🧑‍🎨 often use these terms more than their own names in their lives. 😶

But jokes apart, everyone likes being different, and so do these two terms.
While they are related, they do not mean the same.

Functionality is just a part of UX that makes a site or app easy to use without confusing the user.😕

User experience, on the other hand, refers to the total experience of a user, beyond merely using a platform.

A user's total experience and emotion are delivered by digital interactions, content pop-ups, timely delivery, appropriate branding and much more. 🤗

So the next time someone says it's the same thing, you know what to say. 💁

𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻is our 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 to explore with Conversational AI and deliver some amazing projects.𝗗𝗶𝘃𝘆𝗮, our 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗨𝗫 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 who crafted some incredible prototypes.𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗲𝗿 showed us how great pixel-perfect front-end experiences can be, 𝗡𝗶𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗮 who led the entire team across all projects, 𝗔𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗱, whose machine learning skill practically dedicated every image or object and last but not the least, 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮 who built lasting relationships using her technical knowledge, enthusiasm and energy to ensure client success.
