If you don’t know what it is, Kanom Chun is a sweet Thai steamed layer cake dessert with a soft, chewy texture similar to mochi. It is made with a mixture of tapioca flour and coconut milk and infused with pandan leaf extract, which gives it its beautiful green color 😍😍😍
