The return of the UAE Midday Break, effective from 15 June to 15 September 2026, reinforces the importance of health, safety, and welfare across all worksites. By prohibiting outdoor work under direct sunlight between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM, the initiative helps reduce heat-related risks while supporting safer and more productive working environments.
