Job description:

Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports to develop and implement procedures, processes and systems.
Developing schedule for project Manager & preparing and presenting regular internal and external project reports
Track the delivery of long-lead materials into stage-wise requirement at the site, highlighting the priority of materials to the Project Manager, as per the agreed schedule.
Establishes the delay analysis by capturing the delay analysis, notification and EOT claims accurately, in line with the project requirements.
Prepares the Look-ahead schedules, KPI tracker and the progress updates based on the QC WIR approval.
Setup presentation of the Progress updates including Schematic layout illustration.
Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets, sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams.
Being point of contact for various working groups
Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested
Thorough project documentation
Knowledge of industry best practice
5 years of minimum UAE experience required.

The ideal candidate will be constantly assessing the systems in place to ensure that they are both safe and operating efficiently. This candidate will be comfortable managing a team and conducting analysis in order to highlight areas for improvement. This candidate should also be comfortable ensuring necessary utilities are working correctly and possess strong organizational skills in order to keep track of multiple projects at once.

Essential Functions

Supervise the day to day security operations of an assigned client site
Compile comprehensive monthly reports detailing time allocation for PPM’s and Call-Outs
for specified Projects and client, faults, root causes, trends, recurring incidents,

recommendation, system enhancements & upgrades, and training.
Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.

Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
To ensure a business development strategy is in place, to deliver the contract/s growth aspirations in line with the commitment; including ad-hoc additional challenges.
To ensure effective financial management is in place to achieve turnover, profit and cash targets, and to meet corporate and legal requirements.
To lead customer service excellence and a continuous improvement culture, so that the business remains at the leading edge of service delivery and value.
Build and develop the Engineering and Maintenance Department staff at full strength, and coordinate resources including hiring and management of qualified maintenance managers, engineers, and technicians;
Assume overall responsibility for setting of engineering standards, controlling the configuration of the system, and the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance.
Manage Level 1-5 maintenance support activities for all maintenance activities for the clients.
To develop, agree and manage a robust strategy and annual plans for the contract/s to meet the contractual requirements and business targets.
To contribute towards developing the strategy of the parent organisation.
Meet all contractual scheduled hours with a minimum of unbilled overtime
Take a proactive role in communicating with the client and meeting his needs; meet with regularly, listen to issues, provide security and technical expertise and solutions. Ensure complete customer satisfaction

Qualifications

BSc in Electrical/Electrotechnical Engineering, specialization in Security Systems (preferred).
Experience in overseeing Maintenance & Engineering in the UAE with minimum of 5 years
SERVICE PROVIDER managing Facilities Management contracts in UAE
Experience in planning maintenance operations.

1) Sales meetings, Site survey Visits, collect and provide all necessary sales enquiry input for Estimate and submit quotation and tenders for Security and LV systems.

2) Generate BOQ from the tender drawings for all related systems of ELV, ICT & Security.

3) Design the systems based on the specification of the project.

4) Develop the Estimation and costing of the project.

5) Prepare the commercial offers, technical submittal and O&M handing over documents.

6) Strong knowledge in AutoCAD and preparation of shop drawings and as-built.

7) Coordinate with technical team for the design and back support.

8) Negotiating tender and contract terms

9) Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions

10) Other related work assigned by the management.

Minimum Requirements:

1) 6 Years’ experience in ELV-ICT-Security systems with UAE market.

2) BSc in Electronic, Electrical, Communication, and Computer Engineering.

3) Experience in IPCCTV, IPTV, SMATV, INTERCOM, ACCESS CONTROL, GATE BARRIER, STRUCTURE CABLING SYSTEM, GRMS and Parking Management Systems

4) Product Knowledge for all Major Vendor

5) Working knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage

6) Must have experience in SIRA and design based on the guidelines provided by the authorities.

7) Strong personality with skills in communication

8) Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.
