Sooo I love training. The gym genuinely keeps my head straight, and honestly 2025 has been a really fun year overall.

I post a lot, but not everything. Even though my highlights look good at the minute, this is what’s actually going on right now and it’s sooo crazy. December is a v hard month for me, and lately it feels even harder. This isn’t a feel sorry for me post, it is just a relatable one.

Training has been like a -2/10.

Failing warm-up weights, constantly talking myself out of reps. I’ll do one rep, convince myself not to do a second… then talk myself out of the whole set completely.

It feels like I’m ending the year on such a s**t note, and mentally it’s mentally tough. Not sure if it’s the time of year, burnout, or just one of those phases but yeah, this is the reality at the moment if you can’t tell by my face on these vids 😭😭.

I’m not even an athlete. I just do things I like to do and probs will post more about them, soooo hopefully gonna be posting some fun stuff soon. Not just gym but life ✌️
