Meet Deepeesh Devadas – Scenic Project Manager at Evolution

With over 16 years of experience across construction and design in Dubai, Deepeesh brings a rare combination of hands-on technical knowledge and strategic project leadership.

Beginning his career as a carpenter and foreman, he developed a deep understanding of build processes that today strengthens his role as a Scenic Project Manager.

Since joining Evolution in 2021, Deepeesh has led projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, timelines, and technical ex*****on.

His portfolio includes high-profile works such as the Jotun Conference and Exhibition, Slovenia’s Pavilion at Expo 2020, and multiple internal furniture initiatives including Evo Blocks. His earlier experience on exhibitions like Warner Brothers, Investopia, and ADIPEC further sharpened his ability to manage large-scale, detail-driven environments.

Evolution Scenic delivered a permanent fit-out for JESS School’s music room, transforming the existing classroom into a modern, engaging space designed for young learners.

The project included custom illuminated instrument light boxes, bespoke piano storage, integrated seating with concealed storage, acoustic wall and ceiling panels, and dedicated brackets for guitars and ukuleles — all designed to support creativity, organisation, and hands-on learning.

For Our Future at Kite Beach Dubai, Evolution Scenic delivered a fully integrated beachfront activation for Humantra, featuring custom-built functional zones including a branded store, smoothie bar, information station, and live activation areas.

The project also included the fabrication of freestanding basketball walls and a custom robotic arm designed to support interactive challenges and audience participation .. all delivered within a tight installation schedule in an outdoor beachfront environment.

For the Hamdan International Photography Award ceremony at the Museum of the Future, Evolution Scenic transformed the venue from a raw architectural canvas into a refined awards setting.

Through custom-fabricated scenic elements, freestanding walls, and precisely branded features, the space evolved into a polished environment aligned with HIPA’s visual identity.
Every detail from colour accuracy to logo placement was executed to meet strict approvals and timelines, supported by integrated lighting, sound, and video production.

At Dhai Dubai 2025 in Expo City Dubai, we delivered two bold scenic moments, a towering vertical numbers installation and a series of illuminated sculptural spheres .. designed to be seen, felt, and remembered.

Heavy-scale fabrication met refined lighting detail. Precision-built structures locked together into a single statement tower, while softly glowing fiberglass spheres added contrast, depth, and atmosphere across the site. Different forms. One visual language. Full impact day and night.
