ASGC is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Address Grand Creek Harbour at Dubai Creek Harbour. This 2 million sq. ft. development comprises two slender towers, offering a luxury 5-star hotel with 220 keys and 790 serviced apartments. The development features a stunning glass facade and is designed with sustainability in mind, including solar panels, energy-efficient fixtures, green materials, and water-friendly landscaping.
This project not only acts as the gateway to the Dubai Creek Harbour, but residents can also enjoy an upscale lifestyle with views of both the Downtown Dubai skyline and old Dubai.
Congratulations to the project teams for their operational excellence and for delivering the project with over 20 million man-hours without lost time injury. Peak manpower resources included 3500 workforce.
ASGC continues to enhance Dubai's skyline with prestigious projects, positioning Dubai as an unmatched destination for world-class hospitality.

ASGC is pleased to announce that the ASGC Welfare Department won the Taqdeer Award in the fifth edition of the Award ceremony held at the Dubai World Trade Center. The award was received by the ASGC CEO, Abdulaziz Bin Shafar.
The Taqdeer Award recognizes companies that provide exceptional labor welfare programs, working environments, and employees who have significantly contributed to setting new standards in worker welfare and productivity.
