Smart Finance Session - Empowering \Wwoman with Essential Financial Skills

Our SmartMedic team conducted a successful medical camp yesterday in collaboration with Aloka Eye Clinic at the Al Naboodha Automobile Camp, Al Quoz.

The initiative benefited over 100 workers, providing essential eye check-ups and medical support.

The SmartWoman Team hosted a heartwarming Thanksgiving & New Year get-together on 04.01.2026 at the SmartLife Office for 25 frontline female workforce members and camp bosses from five female camps across Dubai 💐
It was a beautiful afternoon filled with sharing, laughter, and reflection, as the ladies spoke about the positive impact of the sessions conducted throughout the year.

A Finance Management Awareness Session was successfully conducted on 21st December at Sobha Camp for blue-collar workers as part of the SmartLiving initiative.

The session focused on:
🎯basic financial literacy
🎯budgeting
🎯saving habits
🎯responsible spending
🎯debt management
🎯the importance of financial planning for future needs.

Special emphasis was given to managing monthly income, remittances, emergency funds, and avoiding financial stress.

Overall, the session aimed to create financial awareness, encourage smart money habits, and support the financial well-being of blue-collar workers.

SmartLiving supported the Walkathon – Wellness & Fitness Activity, organized to promote health and well-being among Al Ghurair team members yesterday at Wadi Shawka Waterfall, Ras Al Khaimah.

The session included a warm-up session, safety briefing, group walk, cool-down and yoga session, breathing exercises, and light stretches.

On Sunday, 23 November 2025, SmartWoman unfolded yet another impactful chapter of skill-building and emotional wellbeing through an Art Therapy Session at Transguard Female Accommodation, Jebel Ali.

This vibrant session was beautifully led by Ms. Manasi and her talented team from Adaakari Art Studio, with wholehearted support from our SmartWoman mentor Ms. Namrata, and our dedicated volunteers — Ms. Victoria (also the camp boss of Transguard Jebel Ali), Ms. Satyabati, and Ms. Durriya.

🎨 What made it special?
Thirty-five incredible frontline women immersed themselves in fabric painting, transforming simple cloth into soulful pieces of art.
What unfolded wasn’t just creativity — it was release, reflection, and rediscovery.

- Improved focus and mindfulness
- A boost in confidence through hands-on creation
- A new artistic skill they can continue to use
