As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
✅ Preparing quotations based on inputs from the sales team
✅ Procuring and negotiating rates for air and sea export/import shipments
✅ Acknowledging and responding to all incoming inquiries within the stipulated time, providing quotations to customers
✅ Logging inquiries, sourcing rates from origin locations, and quoting within the designated time frame
✅ Following up with destinations for outcomes or renegotiation
✅ Compiling a fortnightly report on quotations and their results
✅ Following up with customers to confirm shipments after quotations are sent
✅ Updating inquiry statuses in the E-freight software weekly, ensuring all inquiries are closed by month-end
✅ Participating in bids, providing rates, and securing shipments
✅ Handling RFQs for customer contracts related to regular business
✅ Maintaining and preparing MOM/weekly sales reports, and submitting them to management
✅ Regularly updating the EFS portal for logging inquiries and quotations for nomination and free-hand shipments
✅ Tracking console programs for products shipped by air/sea
