أهلا بالجميع،

كما وعدتكم، أشارك معكم المعلومات الرسمية من اجتماعنا مع مسؤولي Validus. لقد كان العديد منكم ينتظرون أخبارًا محددة، واليوم لدينا أخيرًا بعض المعلومات المؤكدة لنشاركها معكم.

*1. الخبر السار: لقد فازت شركة Validus بشكل نهائي في إجراءاتها القانونية.*

لقد تم التحقق من هذا القرار واعتماده من قبل محامينا وكذلك من قبل الجمعية المستقلة، الذين يعملون لصالحنا وليس نيابة عن Validus.
ويؤكد هذا أن الشركة *ستسترد ما لا يقل عن 60 مليون دولار*، لأن *محاكمة ثانية جارية أيضًا مع شريك آخر*، لأسباب مماثلة.

*2. السداد:*

وأكد منصور أن *جميع العملاء سيحصلون على رأس مالهم على الأقل* في البداية.
*العملاء لهم الأولوية* على مطوري الشبكة (العاملين في الشبكة). وبمجرد الانتهاء من ذلك، سيتم وضع الحلول للآخرين - وسوف نراقب الترتيبات عن كثب.

Important Message – Following This Week’s Meeting with Validus Executives (Mansour and the European Team Leaders)

Hello everyone,

As I promised, I’m sharing the official information from our meeting with Validus representatives. Many of you have been waiting for specific updates, and today we finally have confirmed news to share.

1. The Good News: Validus has officially won its legal case.
This decision has been verified and confirmed by our legal team as well as by the independent association, which works for us and not on behalf of Validus.
This confirms that the company will recover no less than $60 million, as a second trial is also ongoing with another partner for similar reasons.

2. Reimbursements:
Mansour confirmed that all clients will receive at least their capital back in the initial phase.
Clients are prioritized over network developers (those working in the network). Once that's done, solutions will be considered for the others – and we will closely monitor these arrangements.

3. For those who still have doubts (which is understandable given what we've all been through):
We have seen the official ruling, and I’ve attached a screenshot as evidence.
The opposing party has been ordered to make the payment immediately. This could happen in the coming days or weeks unless a settlement is delayed.
In any case, the state of Dubai is acting as a guarantor and will appoint a debt collection company to seize assets (real estate, funds, cryptocurrencies, etc.) in order to compensate clients.

4. Symbolic Victory:
This is also an important victory for all those who were unfairly attacked personally during this difficult time.
It restores the honor of those who always acted with integrity, even during uncertain times.

This experience should serve as a collective lesson, a moment for reflection, and above all, an opportunity to carry forward only the good lessons into the future.

5. Next Zoom Call:
An official Zoom meeting is scheduled for the end of this week or next week.
Mansour will share it on the Telegram channel and I will relay it to you here as well.
