If your business location is Saudi Arabia, here are the documents Amazon may require for account verification. Make sure everything is prepared correctly to avoid delays or verification issues.

1. Identity Documents

Amazon accepts the following IDs:

✔ National ID Card
✔ Resident ID (Iqama)
✔ GCC National ID (UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar)
✔ Digital National ID or Digital Iqama

📌 For Professional Sellers, you can also provide:
• Passport
• Driving License
• Military Identification Card

⚠ Important Points
• If your date of birth or expiry date is in the Hijri calendar, convert it to the Gregorian calendar before submitting.
• Female sellers in Saudi Arabia can cover their face in the ID document, but all other information must be clearly visible.

2. Proof of Address Documents

For Individual Sellers
You can provide any of the following:

• Bank statement (checking / savings / loan account)
• Credit card statement
• Payment provider statement (Payoneer / Hyperwallet / WorldFirst / Alipay)
• Certified bank letter
• Utility bill (electricity, gas, water, internet, TV, mobile, landline)
• Rent or lease agreement
• Building society or credit union statement
• Mortgage statement
• Tenancy bill from local council or lending agency
• Letter confirming benefits (pension, veteran, work benefits)
• Tax identity document showing your address

For Professional Sellers
Accepted documents include:

• Bank statement
• Credit card statement
• Payment provider statement (Payoneer / Hyperwallet / WorldFirst / Alipay)
• Utility bill
• Rent or lease agreement
• Building society or credit union statement
• Mortgage statement
• Tenancy bill
• Tax identity document with address
• Business license or business extract

📌 Document Requirements
• Must be issued within the last 180 days
• Must show issue date / due date / transaction date
• Must display bank details (bank name, logo, stamp, or signature)
• Must show account holder’s name and address

3. Business Verification Documents

Amazon requires government-issued documents proving your business is active.

Accepted documents include:

✔ Certificate of Good Standing (or equivalent proof business is active)
✔ Recently issued or renewed Business License
✔ VAT Registration or Tax Clearance Certificate
✔ Government registry extract showing the business is active
✔ Chamber of Commerce certificate (if applicable)

📌 Additional Requirement
• The business owner or point of contact must upload identity documents
• Also upload business association proof, such as a Letter of Authorization

📌 A valid business document must include:
• Issuing authority name or logo
• Business name
• Commercial registration or license number
• Issue date (and expiry date if applicable)

⚠ Important Notes

✔ Screenshots are acceptable if all details are clear and visible.
✔ When submitting Letter of Authorization or Proof of Address, merge it with your Business License and upload as one document in the Business License upload section.

Incorrect or incomplete documents are one of the most common reasons for Amazon account verification delays. Always double-check formatting, dates, and matching details before submission.
