Reformer Gym Vibe Workshop.

Thank you and all team of .ae ✨

We spent a lot of time talking about movement — about how it’s not just about giving someone a workout but really watching how their body moves and knowing how to adjust the exercises to fit their movement.

We explored tons of exercise variations and had great conversations along the way.

And once again, I want to highlight: the reformer — and Pilates in general — isn’t about boring exercise for old people😅

It’s about helping your body become healthier, stronger, and more alive!!!
