Meet (again!) the friendly face leading our leasing team. Jake McConnell, our Leasing Director 🔑

With 4 years in Dubai real estate, Jake knows the leasing landscape inside out. He’s the one steering our leasing team and you’ll usually find him on a client call guiding a newer agent through their first deals. Market knowledge aside, what he’s really known for is being the kind of person people actually want to learn from. 7am, 8pm or 11pm, he’s approachable, straight-talking and always happy to help, whether it’s a new agent finding their feet or a colleague who just needs a second opinion.

Almost five years in, Robyn’s been part of the Luxfolio story longer than most and it wouldn’t be the same without her. She’s the heart of the company, the first person everyone turns to and the one who makes the office feel like home. Calm under pressure, always in your corner and somehow always knows exactly what to say.
