Happiness and sadness will always come and go,But peace — true peace — is the greatest blessing of all.
My life is richer because of the people around me — Family by blood and by choice. In my hardest moments, it’s their love — and my own voice, That keeps me grounded and reminds me who I am.
I won’t have all the answers, and that’s okay. I’ll grow, I’ll love, I’ll lose, I’ll heal — And in the end, I’ll find my way back to me.

Hosting my first supper club in Dubai was truly unforgettable — and doing it with “This Is Me” made it even more meaningful. This supper club has always been my way of sharing a piece of myself — a journey through food, memories, and identity. But what made this night so special wasn’t just the chance to tell my story — it was hearing yours, and watching new connections form not just with me (which I’m deeply grateful for), but between each of you as well.

Even after 10+ years of hosting in Egypt, stepping into a new space, a new city, brings a kind of energy that’s completely its own. A heartfelt thank you to - my right hand; not only in the kitchen, but in life, for choosing to be here — she’s been by my side since we first brought This Is Me to life in Cairo, and she understands just how personal this one is. And to , thank you for organizing it all so beautifully.

Here’s to many more nights of connection, reflection, and of course — really, really good food. I can’t wait for what’s next.

Coming to Dubai meant stepping into a fast-paced world where everything moves at lightning speed. Change is never easy, but when you love what you do, every challenge is well worth it.
