പെട്ടെന്നു ഒരു അടപയാസം കഴിക്കാൻ തോന്നുമ്പോ വീട്ടിൽ തന്നെ അട ഉണ്ടാക്കി പെട്ടെന്ന് ഉണ്ടാക്കാവുന്ന അടപ്രഥമൻ... ഇവിടെ അട ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത് ടേസ്റ്റി ഫുഡ്‌ ന്ടെ മലബാർ പത്തൽ പൊടി ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടാണ്..

Method,:-

ഒരു കപ്പ്‌ മലബാർ പത്തൽ പൊടി,കുറച്ചു ഉപ്പും പഞ്ചസാരയും, നെയ്യും ചേർത്ത് വെള്ളം ഒഴിച്ച് ഒരു ലൂസ് ബാറ്റർ ഉണ്ടാകുക. അതു ഒരു സ്റ്റീമർ തട്ടിൽ ഒഴിച്ച് ഒരു പത്തു മിനിറ്റ് വേവിച്ചെടുക്കക്.. തണുത്ത ശേഷം കട്ട്‌ ചെയ്തെടുത്തു വെള്ളത്തിൽ ഒന്ന് കഴുകി ഊറ്റി എടുക്കാം.

അതിലേക്കു ശർക്കര ഉരുകിയതും ഒഴിച് നല്ലോണം വറ്റിച്ചെടുക്ക.. കുറച്ചു എലയ്ക്കാ പൊടിയും ചുക്ക് പൊടിയും ചേർത്ത ഇളകി കുറുക്കി എടുക്കാം.. അതിലേക്കു 2 ഉം 1 ഉം പാൽ ചേർത്ത് വേവിച്ചെടുക്കാം.. പിന്നെ കുറച്ചു നട്സ് നെയ്യിൽ മൂപ്പിച്ച ചേർക്കാം..
