So I woke up this morning went to my 👵🏾Grandmother’s Funeral then I left and went straight to the Funeral home to show my respects to my fellow Coach 🤴🏾 viewing, As I waited to see Mike I sat down for the first time this morning and it felt like the first time I’ve sat still in over a year. Surprisingly I looked at Mikes Casket and instantly felt a sense of Peace and happiness, I thought about Mikes Spirit and my Grandmothers spirit and I thought about how happy both of these humans were every single day I saw them. I thought about the good energy that I felt when I was around the presence of you two. Though it was hard to do I actually smiled alittle and then made Dua. Mashallah🤲🏽

Somethings in life are just out of your control. In these moments we must accept that and understand that all we can control our reaction to it. In a sport that averages 13 deaths per year. I’m grateful beyond words to compete with world class athletes around the 🌎 and leave these fights healthy with no broken bones 🦴 or Black eyes etc. See y’all next fight 🥷🏽 INSHALLAH 🤲🏽🇲🇦🇺🇸🇵🇸
