A run on the track and gym sessions whilst indulging in the cruise foods!

The aim of the game for me and my clients is help them create a lifestyle that finds love and enjoyment in training so much so that even on holiday it’s a thing they do to feel good!

Amy is very active, with netball, gym sessions, steps and training but similar to her coach, is a foodie too!

Our goal has always been for her to feel good, get fit and of course have balance with good nutrition and life ✅

We’ve smashed a 5k race since she started coaching with and adjusted her body composition with regular training and better nutrition, dropping body fat along the way!

We’re now settling back into routine before she takes some time to reset and think of her next goal 😍

Amazinggggg result yday for 🥉🏅

Taking 3rd in Bikini Masters and 4th in Bikini Open at in absolutely huge line ups of 7 girls for both categories.

Kirsty’s prep has been hard graft, we dusted off the cobwebs two weeks ago and knew we wanted to bring better, more condition and a leaner look to match the standard that the industry seemed to be going for this year ✅

She took that all in her stride and grafted to make it happen, which paid off at for sure.

This prep has been challenging mentally and physically, but one thing my girl will always do is show up and ensure she gets it done.

I am so insanely proud of you Kirsty, you deserve this so so much and knowing your hard work has paid off is so incredibly rewarding, well done babe 🙌🏼💖

Now we do it all again today!

joined me for lifestyle, to get some consistency with her training, diet and showing up for herself.

Then she came to see me for a PT & posing and OOP when we hit that front pose, oh WE KNEW where we were headed!

We are in no rush to get on stage, because we want to do it right and bring the best look she possibly can to the Fit Model division so for now we are working, showing up, pushing up food and aiming to grow ahead of getting up on stage next year 👀

She started lifestyle coaching with me in September, since then she’s lost 12kg, not to mention taken up running, ran two 5k races and a 10k is our next goal!

I am so unbelievably proud of Leah, she hit a point in life when she just realised she wanted better for herself.

She wanted to lose weight, feel confident in herself, get healthier and fitter but NOT starve herself to be skinny…

None of us want that, we’re all foodies on my team 🤤

So we locked in, got her on a meal plan and understanding her calories more.

Started training and running (but she will be the first to admit it’s not her favourite thing 😂).

And had her leaning into consistency with her routine, her food and her movement in order to see results.

She wanted to change, so she made changes and I know this is just the beginning for us ✨

BIG day yday for competing in the BIGGEST show of the season so far universe! ✨

& the first ever time Fit Model has featured in it!

After taking two Fit Model wins this season we knew Freya would fit in perfectly, and she did!

We brought her best ever look, pushing her carbs up and doing a 2 day refeed which filled her out well and made her fit the standard of this show even better with them going for a slightly bigger look this time around.

She took home 4th, and secured an invite to PCA World Champs which is another huge achievement for her at only 19 in her first ever season 👏🏼

I am insanely proud of Freya, she has taken everything this prep in her stride even if at times it’s challenged her! 🤍

Now we are done with PCA this season it’s time to chill for a little, before we navigate to her next goal 👀
