Butter Chickpeas with Coconut Milk 😋. Lot of us really don't like chickpeas but it is completely packed with nutritious and protein. When I chose to eat chickpeas, few are the recipes comes in my mind. One of them was creamy chickpeas which I posted earlier and this is the second one. The combination of butter and coconut milk will elevate the taste of chickpeas. It is simple and easy to make at home.
Here it is how to make this butter chickpeas with coconut milk.
Chop up some onion and tomato. Get a frying pan and add some butter on it. Keep the heat medium. Once butter melted add onions and tomatoes. Sauté them for a minute or two. Add some curry powder and red paprika powder and salt. Mix all spices and sauté. About one minute after add chickpeas from can or pre soaked chickpeas. Mix everything well. Now, in a mug disslove coconut milk powder for creamy texture. Add those coconut milk on the pan add some extra butter all. Keep mixing until coconut milk started thickening. In 3-5 minutes time it will be ready. Serve it hot with rice or bread/roti.
