Perform At Best
Time to make every day count! Discover a world of YOUR peak performance and productivity that you cannot un-see!
“Do good work. It will speak for itself.”
And for a while, that’s true.
But in busy, fast-moving workplaces,
good work doesn’t always get noticed!
Especially when it’s quiet,
Consistent, and
Behind the scenes!
Visibility isn’t about self-promotion.
It’s about context!!!
Helping others understand the value of your work,
The impact it creates,
And the direction you’re moving in....
Doing good work still matters.
But growth often requires something more...
Owning the story of your work!
Let’s make work work!!!
Day 24 of the 30-day challenge.
Two people can have the same role,
The same workload,
The same pressures…
…and experience work very differently!
Because it’s not always the work itself that drains us.
It’s the meaning we attach to it.
When work feels like something happening to us, it exhausts.
When it feels like something we’re choosing to engage with, it changes how we show up.
This doesn’t make work easy.
It makes it meaningful.
And meaning quietly reshapes our relationship with work...
How long we last,
How much energy we have, and
How much of ourselves we bring!!!
Let’s make work work!!!
Day 23 of the 30-day challenge.
A lot of us become high-functioning at work without even realising it.
We handle a lot.
We respond fast.
We keep things moving.
We stabilise the day.
And workplaces deeply value that.
But being high-functioning isn’t the same as being high-performing!
High-functioning helps you manage today.
High-performing helps you grow for tomorrow.
High-functioning is about keeping work on track.
High-performing is about working with clarity, intention, and impact.
Both matter.
Both are important.
But they don’t give you the same outcomes.
High-functioning makes you dependable.
High-performing makes you develop.
And somewhere in the middle is the version of work that actually moves you forward.
So here’s a gentle question for this week:
Am I spending all my energy keeping things running…
or am I also investing in the work that grows me?
Let’s make work work!!!
Day 22 of the 30-day challenge.
Being the “dependable one” at work feels like a compliment…
Until it quietly becomes a burden!
Dependable people get more work...
Not more growth.
More urgency...
Not more visibility.
More tasks...
Not more opportunities.
The shift isn’t to stop being dependable.
It’s to stop being endlessly available!
Boundaries don’t make you less reliable.
They make your effort sustainable.
Let’s make work work!!!
Day 21 of the 30-day challenge.
We keep waiting for things to “calm down”…
But they never really do!
Work doesn’t suddenly get lighter!
Life doesn’t magically get spacious!
There’s always another “big thing.”!
The shift isn’t waiting for the perfect moment.
It’s choosing tiny moments that belong to you...
Even when life is busy.
Space isn’t found!
Space is created!
Let’s make work work!!!
Day 20 of the 30-day challenge.
A lot of the frustration we feel at work comes from mixing up three very different things:
a job,
a career,
and a calling.
A job is about ex*****on.
A career is about direction.
A calling is about alignment.
The problem isn’t where you are.
It’s when you expect one to behave like another.
Nothing is wrong with any of these paths.
The weight comes from the mismatch!
The moment you understand which one you’re in,
your work starts to make sense again.
Let’s make work work!!!
Day 19 of the 30-day challenge.
Stop outsourcing your career to your company!
Most of us don’t realise this...
We wait for someone to notice us,
develop us,
guide us,
or choose us.
And when that doesn’t happen,
we feel stuck...
as if our entire future is paused inside someone else’s workflow.
But your career isn’t a file waiting for approval!
Your company can support your growth.
It just can’t design it.
Direction is your job.
Initiative is your job.
Clarity is your job.
And the moment you stop waiting
and start leading your own path,
everything shifts.
Stop asking, “What is my company planning for me?”
Start asking, “What am I building for myself?”
Let’s make work work!!!
Day 18 of the 30-day challenge.
If you want to know whether you’re on the right career path…
Don’t look at your job today.
Look at someone who is two or three steps ahead of you!
The role you’re expected to grow into.
The responsibilities you’ll inherit.
The pace, pressure, rhythm, meetings, decisions… all of it!
Now ask yourself:
Does their workday inspire you?
Or does it quietly drain you just by watching?
Because here’s the truth:
You can be good at your job
and still not want the future version of it.
That’s how people end up stuck, burnt out, or confused.
Not because they lack ambition,
But because they’re climbing to a place that doesn’t fit the life they want.
So pause and reflect:
Do I actually want the job I’m moving toward?
Or am I on a path by default?
If the person who is “you + 3 years” doesn’t inspire you…
maybe it’s your direction that needs rethinking.
Let’s make work work!!!
Day 17 of the 30-day challenge.
Not everyone wants a promotion.
Not everyone wants to climb.
Not everyone wants “more”.
And that’s okay.
The real question isn’t:
“Are you growing?”
It’s:
“Is your direction a choice or a default?”
There’s a big difference between: • “I’m truly content where I am.”
and
“I’m exhausted, unsure, or overwhelmed… so I tell myself I don’t want more.”
One is clarity.
The other is coping.
If nothing changed for the next 3–5 years…
would you feel peace,
or panic?
Your answer says everything!
Let’s make work work!!!
Day 16 of the 30-day challenge.
We wait to feel “ready” when an opportunity comes…
But readiness isn’t something that appears in the moment.
It’s something we build quietly, long before we need it!
When opportunities knock, many end up saying no.
Not because they lack ambition,
But because they don’t feel prepared!
And here’s the uncomfortable truth:
Most of us aren’t upskilling to grow.
We’re only upskilling to survive our current role.
Efficiency isn’t growth.
Experience isn’t growth.
Tenure isn’t growth.
Growth happens when you stretch.
Not when you cope!
So ask yourself:
Are you preparing for the opportunities you want…
or just managing the work you have?
If opportunity came tomorrow,
would you feel ready?
Let’s make work work!!!
Day 15 of my 30-day challenge.
New job won’t fix it!
Because the truth is:
Your patterns follow you.
If you always say yes, you’ll say yes there.
If you avoid difficult conversations, you’ll avoid them there.
If you carry everyone’s urgency, you’ll carry it there too.
A new company can change your environment.
It can’t change your relationship with work.
Before you expect a new role to “feel different,”
pause and ask:
“Which patterns am I bringing with me?”
Changing jobs is easy.
Changing patterns is the real work!
Let’s make work work!!!
Day 14 of the 30-day challenge.
Most of us look at our work one day at a time...
And that’s exactly why everything feels urgent,
rushed, or
overwhelming!!!
A daily view creates pressure.
A weekly view creates perspective.
When you zoom out and start thinking in weekly rhythms:
• Not everything needs to be done today
• You stop feeling behind
• You see what actually matters
• You get real breathing room
Daily action gives you momentum.
Weekly strategy gives you direction.
Sometimes the problem isn’t your workload…
It’s your lens!!!
