🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• UAE experience is not mandatory
• Fresh Graduates can also apply
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Candidate must be currently available in UAE
• Immediate joining preferred

🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally
• Generate leads through client interactions and database follow-ups
• Maintain and update lead status reports
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Track and manage all incoming leads in CRM systems
• Coordinate with operations and inspection teams for technical clarifications
• Maintain inquiry logs and follow-up records
• Support inspection coordination with clients
• Manage office files, records, and documentation systematically
• Handle office stationery, housekeeping, meeting schedules, and visitor management
• Prepare reports on client feedback, complaints, and correspondences
• Coordinate marketing promotions and lead conversion reporting
• Review inspection reports with the technical team
• Monitor office consumables and expenses
