Material Testing

The material testing department covers a wide range of specialized services, which extend from routine testing of construction materials, to consultation on complex problems related to material technology and its applications, whether its metal for new structures, or the evaluation of existing structures.
AMEL is equipped with modern field and laboratory testing equipment's complying with British Standards (BS), American Standards (ASTM), and AASHTO Standards in the field of concrete, bitumen and asphalt mixes, soil and rock, aggregate and stone, steel reinforcement and building components, chemical analysis, water analysis, non-destructive testing and loading of structures. Over the years, this department has carried out thousands of tests serving the needs of both public and private sectors.

To our valued clients, please be informed that Al Masfoufa Engineering Laboratory will be closed on July 21, 2023 (Friday) in the observance Hijri New Year (Islamic New Year).

Work will resume on Sunday, 23rd July 2023.

We at Al Masfoufa Engineering Laboratory extend our deepest condolences to the U.A.E. and Abu Dhabi government, and the people of the country, during this time of mourning.

His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, U.A.E. President and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, passed away on Friday, May 13th. He served as the President of the U.A.E. and Ruler of Abu Dhabi since November 3rd, 2004.

May Allah Almighty grant our beloved Ruler Sheikh Khalifa His compassion and mercy, may he rest in peace.
