Back with another inspection! Today we took a look at a large 4 bedroom villa. We encountered a few issues on the roof. The solar panels were very dirty and with lack of intention this can reduce the efficiency by 40%. The developers used the lines of the expansion joints to build small up stands which is a big problem for storm water run off. There was also a safety compliance issue with the ladder to the roof.
