I think I’m going to change labs. has terrible hours, late with an email this morning (some appointment setting apparently took me off texts bcause I had to set on online!). Then their machine complains because I’m “more than 10 minutes late” (they don’t get you in on time anyway!). The machine forces you to log in on “standby”, so they announce today they are ”closing at 11:00 am” (really?) and can’t ”guarantee standby” patients! Staff says (4 techs) they have over 100 patients this morning. So apparently I can “write a review “.

Hi folks. We are making appointments for zoom meetings, and have secure software for you to send documents to us before the meeting.

We had some our first initial meetings this week, and our senior citizen clients have family helping them with using the software. Go families! We decided it's just like learning to use any other machine.

We highly recommend people invest (if you have not already) in good PDF scanners. Those work just like the old fax machines, but they can send the document to your computer.

We can also train people (if they need assistance) in our office. However, it is often better during Covid-19 if we are working with an at-risk person for them to ask an already established family member to work with us remotely.

Covid-19 Compliance: As a CPA deeply concerned about the widespread non-compliance and poor health results I see weekly among employers and owners in my own county, it is time to do something about it for yourself and your family.

Perhaps you are just as frustrated at having talked to onsite managers with bigger corporations, who have senior managers who have instructed those managers to "not take any action" for CDC non-compliance (Aldi's St. Cloud last week) and small business owners with no mask on themselves or their employees, much less a requirement for customer masks (10th Street Produce, St. Cloud last Sunday).
("We are all going to get it anyway").

I making available to the general public a method to document and obtain cooperation from senior managers of these businesses. I highly suggest you, the consumer, ask for the manager FIRST. See if you get positive results.

If you get the same "management does not want us to take action" response that I have received, I do recommend you download or copy this complaint form, enter in your own information, print and carry enough of these for your daily visits. Fill it out in front of a manager or owner, give them a copy, and let them know you are mailing (fax, emailing) it the same day to the FLDOH.

Googling CDC this morning, you will see guidance posted for various segments of society. There is one specifically for schools, faith worship, also businesses. They are also beginning to release guidance for specific segments of business such as manufacturing, restaurants. Keep checking the site frequently, changes come all the time.

Today there may be hopeful progress on the IRS side for the coronavirus payments. They are updating the database available to the "Get my Payment" tool. While not yet loaded for those who who receive social security and/or VA benefits only and do not need to file a return, if you at least filed a return in 2018 you may see your name come up.

You will need a copy of your 2018 return for the information if you want to send the IRS any electronic banking information to get your payment sooner. I do suggest providing an account that is not your main account as a "just in case" safeguard.
