Those who were signed up by Grammar Records, did anyone receive royalties before or after their closure? I submitted my 2nd album over 10 years ago and never collected a thing. Referred a few colleagues there who were looking for my music while in Capetown. I even bought some CDs there myself this year. Only early this year, did I make an enquiry and no meaningful response ever came through. The contact I was given, asked for my personal details at first, was very friendly, promised to go through records and send "something" on ecocash after going through their entries. Now there are no more responses. At some point was told the sales were low or that they are updating their database. Ok, but what about even a cent from my friends and own purchases just to show transparency?
