Got this baobab porridge recipe from Cooking With Mai Shanie yesterday afternoon and i just couldnt wait to make it.

I used and cooked oats the way i normally do and then added Four Seasons Foods - Pvt Ltd baobab powder. IM. IN. LOVE!
Had planned to add peanut butter but it is perfect as is.

These easy to make cupcakes are a tasty combination of nuts, fruits and spices. They are made with Four Seasons Foods whole grain flour, almond flour, raisins and spices that include ginger, cinnamon and cloves. You can vary the flavour by adding more or less spices, oranges or raisins.

Zest of 2 oranges plus their orange juice
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

- In a bowl, sift together the flours, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and salt.
- In another separate bowl whisk together the eggs and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the milk to the egg mix and whisk, then add in the dry ingredients and mix again.
- Add the orange juice, melted butter, orange zest, raisins, sultanas and vanilla - mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and lined cupcake pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 15 to 20 minutes until baked through.
- Take the cupcakes out the oven and let them totally cool down before enjoying them.

This oven-baked sweet chilli popcorn chicken is packed with lots of flavour from Four Seasons Foods Sweet Chilli Sauce. The recipe uses potato flour for coating the chicken which makes it really crispy. Potato flour is also a good option for those on gluten-free diets. Ordinary wheat flour can also be used. Popcorn chicken is great as a snack, in salads or on rice.

2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
4 tablespoons of Four Seasons Foods Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 tablespoon of Four Seasons Foods Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon of Four Seasons Foods Avocado Oil or other oil of your choice
1 teaspoon of Four Seasons Foods Paprika
1 teaspoon of Four Seasons Foods Minced Garlic
ยฝ a teaspoon of Four Seasons Black Pepper
Four Seasons Foods Rock Salt to taste
4 tablespoons of potato flour or flour of your choice
Diced spring onions to garnish

- Prepare the chicken to be marinated and place it in a bowl.
- Pour over the sweet chilli sauce, Worcestershire sauce, avocado oil, paprika, black pepper, garlic and salt. Mix well and cover with cling film.
- Leave the chicken to marinate for 4 hours or even overnight.
- When you are ready to cook the chicken, remove it from the marinade, shake off the excess liquid and set it aside.
- Dip the chicken in potato flour ensuring it is coated all around.
- Then place the chicken on a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes (turning it halfway) until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the oven and serve.
- You can also coat the cooked chicken with more sweet chilli sauce while it is still hot.
- Garnish with spring onions or other fresh herbs of your choice.

- Then add the rest of the honey and water mix. Cook until all the water has been absorbed and the nuts are starting to look dry.
- Take them off the heat and spread them out over a tray to cool down.
- Once cooled and crunchy, serve with a drink of your choice.
